12 MONTH / 12,000 MILE WARRANTY
12 Month/12,000 Mile Implied Warranty Terms:
Meticulous Motors, LLC will correct any faulty repairs performed for up to 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Warranty is limited to the parts and labor associated with repairs previously performed at Meticulous Motors, LLC only.
Limitations & Exclusions:
Should any tampering or alteration to the warranted repair or service be evident, all rights under this warranty shall terminate and be void.
This warranty is nullified if related work has been performed by another shop during the warranty period. All warranty claims are subject to final approval at Meticulous Motors, LLC’s sole discretion.
This warranty is nullified if the vehicle’s odometer is not operational.
This warranty does not cover, nor extend to, customer’s towing charges, car rental, lodging, lost wages, interruption in business or vacation, any charges incurred by any person, or any other charges or amounts incidental or related to this warranty.
This warranty does not cover, nor extend to, any repairs or replacements made necessary by misuse, negligence, abuse, neglect, or cause other than normal use and operation of the vehicle.
This warranty does not cover, nor extend to, any repairs performed using customer supplied parts, nor any used parts purchased at customer’s request.
This warranty does not cover any custom fabrication or work resulting in a deviation from a vehicle's original design.
Warranty Requirements:
If a problem should arise with your vehicle after you have taken delivery, please contact us promptly to make an appointment to have your vehicle inspected. Bring your original paperwork and this document with you at the time of the appointment. If it is determined that the claim is covered under this Limited Warranty, every effort will be made to prioritize scheduling your vehicle in for re-service.
Meticulous Motors, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Meticulous Motors, LLC is not responsible for damage/theft/vandalism of vehicles parked outside the workshop, including vehicles left overnight.
Vehicle Storage:
Vehicles left 7 or more days after notification of completion of work are subject to storage fees of $20/day.
